Ventura Medtech Solutions (VMS) was founded out of a deep commitment to excellence in medical device and laser servicing. With over 25 years in the industry, Amaury J. Agoncillo ("AJ"), an engineer and industry leader, saw a critical gap in the healthcare sector—medical facilities were struggling to find reliable, knowledgeable, and compliant service providers for their specialized lasers and medical equipment.
Hospitals, surgery centers, and private practices often faced downtime, compliance risks, and costly repairs due to inadequate servicing. Too many providers lacked the technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and dedication to quality that such high-stakes equipment demanded.
