Candela Error Codes

Error Codes 14.1 and 14.2 – Power Supply:  These error codes indicate a problem with the power supply on your Candela machine.  The High Voltage Power Supply (HVPS) will need to be tested and most likely replaced.


Error Code 6.1 – Calibration Issue: The cause of this error code could be due to a number of different factors:Laser lamp failure (most common problem)Burned or dirty optical lensesOptical alignment issuesLaser cavity issuesSoftware calibration issues


Error Code 15.1 – Power Issue: The cause of this error code could be due to a number of different factors; however, it is most likely due to a handpiece problem.
