InMode Error Codes and Fault Messages
Service Resource / Error Codes / InMode
Use this reference to identify documented fault categories and prepare a service request. Match the console, handpiece, software, and manual revision before interpreting a code. A fault is a diagnostic clue, not a confirmed failed component.
Scope: Older InMode II, Optimas and Triton-family documentation, plus the RF/Morpheus8 revisions named below. This is not a complete reference for every InMode generation.

Important interpretation notes
H8007 is grouped as RF-related in the Optimas operator manual; RF Service Manual DO606153A Rev B calls it a temperature-sensor fault. H860B does not by itself establish a failed pump. Diagnosis must establish the cause.
H8240 remains unverified. Do not extend these definitions automatically to Optimas Max, EmpowerRF, IgniteRF, Evolve X, Envision, or newer software.
Before requesting service
Record the complete screen message, model and serial number, software version, handpiece, when the fault occurs, recent changes, and checks already completed. Keep patient identifiers out of photos. Follow the exact operator manual. Persistent or suspected safety faults require assessment before treatment resumes. Internal electrical work belongs with qualified service personnel.
